six enterprise data centers. Notable responsibilities include:
§ Participate in estimate development and validation prior to contract award.
§ Manage development and progression of schedule including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and
work package definition, resource and budget allocation, and performance measurement baselines for all
projects within program.
§ Identify, quantify, and monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) at all levels of
the program.
§ Oversee technical delivery of application infrastructure by addressing issues both internal and external to
team.
